Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Salon and Spa
- Manage day-to-day operations of the school including opening and closing procedures, team behavior, and customer intake procedures
- Provide ongoing recognition, support, and motivation for team members and students
- Serve as a role model by communicating and enforcing policies and procedures, safety and security standards, the Code of Conduct, and the dress code
- Lead the Guest Care team in providing excellent services and maximizing school profit
- Serve as a role model by exemplifying professionalism, integrity, and positivity, while adhering to company policy and procedures
- Help maintain a cohesive, cooperative work environment through team-building and motivation
- Interview, hire, and train the Guest Care team in procedure, policy, and school flow
- Resolve customer complaints and challenges and provide solutions for team disputes
- Assist in Guest Care initiatives around developing coaching materials to drive sales
