  • You will take over the strategic management and further development of our Executive Office together with our wonderful Executive Assistant Nina
  • You support the creation, alignment, and follow-up of company goals and the implementation of leadership initiatives
  • You create high-quality and customized internal and external leadership presentations for our C-Level and ensure that they meet the highest quality standards
  • You maintain a holistic and partnership-based stakeholder management, especially with our investors, and ensure a smooth flow of information
  • You are responsible for preparing the content of events, meetings, and workshops for our C-level and the leadership team
  • Together with Nina, you are responsible for the strategic management and operational implementation of company-wide communication for our C-Levels
  • You are an integral part of cross-functional strategy projects in the Strategy & Business Operations team and actively contribute to their successful implementation

This is how you and your application stand out

  • You have a successfully completed degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business administration, industrial engineering, entrepreneurship or a comparable field
  • You have at least two years of experience in management consulting, in-house consulting or in a comparable position in a dynamic and fast-growing consulting or technology company
  • You are confident in using Google Workspace and/or MS Office, especially Google Slides/PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Excel
  • You have a strong “bias for action” and a strong “can-do attitude”
  • You work pragmatically and prioritize efficiently between competing issues
  • Your organizational skills are outstanding and you pay great attention to detail in your work
  • You have excellent communication skills in both German and English and can convey complex issues clearly and convincingly
