TEAM DESCRIPTION
You will be part of an international team that is responsible for leading the OPS excellence community for aligned continuous improvement & transformation, Competence Management, development of modern knowledge management solutions and trainings.
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
You will support the Business Operations team to implement and maintain a database for our service catalog and ensure requirements are gathered, understood and taken into account.
In addition, you will support the team to maintain existing chatbot solution used as well as implement further features and improvements.
You will also help the team organize and digitalize the Project Management Office utilizing Microsoft Power Platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support creation and maintenance of the service catalog database and approval flows utilizing Microsoft Power Platform solutions
- Support maintenance of approval flows and evolvement of the Sharepoint Online Document Management Hub
- Own the content update and maintenance of the existing chatbot solution, organize awareness and training sessions for user to increase usage
- Support further development of the chatbot solution with new features, coordinating with IT the testing, implementation and improvement.
- Organize and automate the Project Management Office utilizing Microsoft Power Platform
