EDUCATION:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, administration, communications, or a related field.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• NO work experience is required!
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination across departments and global teams.
• Organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Critical thinking, analytics, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

• Assist in analyzing operational metrics and dashboards and help prepare presentations.
• Support the development of tools and resources for process guidance.
• Provide operational support to various departments such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations.
• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and contribute to implementing and optimizing processes.
• Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Assist in preparing and presenting weekly reports to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure tasks and processes are completed in a timely manner and meet expectations through proactive oversight and follow-up.
