CAREER OPPORTUNITY
GeoSpectrum is growing and has a new career opportunity for an experienced Business Operations and Travel Coordinator!
As our Business Operations and Travel Coordinator you will be responsible for the development, support and coordination of the company’s travel program and cross-functional administration. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Coordinator supports the senior leadership team with operational administration, supporting employees with business travel, policy and procedure management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Hospitality or Human Resources, or related field.
- 3+ years of Operations, Hospitality and/or Human Resource administration/coordinator experience.
- Demonstrated experience in travel planning and coordination, an asset.
- Experience scheduling and managing various assignments with competing priorities.
- Experience working with various department leaders, an asset.
- The successful person must be able to gain the appropriate Canadian government security clearance and satisfy all requirements to be able to work on Canadian Controlled Goods projects.
SKILLS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, online research and using online company portals.
- Excellent organization and time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Sound financial business acumen and proficient math skills.
- Ability to develop procedures and documentation.
- Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining customer, client, and vendor relationships with high level of satisfaction.
- Ability to handle, resolve or escalate travel-related issues promptly and efficiently.
