Description:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline with knowledge of Australian employment/legislative framework
- Significant demonstrated experience of progressive growth in the HR field, ideally an HR Partner/Generalist within a larger global organization
- Bring knowledge of working within a matrix organization supporting different business units
- Listen actively, communicate clearly and be able to work with all levels across the organization
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High degree of professionalism and integrity with demonstrated ability to handle confidential issues in a professional manner
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the flexibility and willingness to respond to changing priorities

Responsibilities:
- Be excited to work with a global team, sharing local knowledge, understanding our corporate culture and being able to bridge the two
- Coach, train and support managers to enhance leader effectiveness - providing guidance on coaching, mentoring, training and development, rewards, recognition and performance management
- Bring a demonstrated strength in employee relations and Australian employment law by providing consultation for grievances, investigations and performance management issues; advising on policies, programs, procedures and Work Place Health and Safety.
- Own HR Benefits Administration including vendor contract management, employee risk benefit administration, annual policy renewals and reporting and invoice processing, and support payroll as needed
- Run the full life cycle of our people processes, including but not limited to onboarding, annual talent management processes, compensation and promotion processes, succession planning, forecasting, the exit & off-boarding process
- Execute HR Projects including Employee Engagement Survey results analysis, attrition analysis and programming, managing Tenure Award programs, wellness programs, DEI initiatives
- Facilitate compliance/training activities in line with legislative requirements; collaborate with global Learning & Development team/outside local AU providers to bring corporate training initiatives to the local audience
- Enjoy collaborating locally and globally, be motivated to working autonomously with an eye for continued process/program improvements
- Your duties and responsibilities require you, amongst other things, to make yourself available to perform work outside of your regular working hours (including in respect of different time zones).
