Responsibilities:
As an HRBP Ford Champ you will help the HRBA/ HRBP / PoP tream for:
- Champs Jr HRBA
- Champs VQR analysis
- Ford Senior Program revamp (generate agreements, engage of other areas, on site activities, etc)
- Support on Workplace experience initiatives
- Support on Engagement events in GTBC
