Responsibilities:
KO TE TŪRANGA MAHI | ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Business Performance Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating group planning, reporting, and monitoring activities.
In this newly created role, you will be reporting into the Head of Business Performance & Insights working closely with the wider business to ensure we are making the right Business Performance choices for the long-term growth and success of our Retail and Corporate Trustee Services business units.
You have a passion for driving organisational success through data-driven insights. You are collaborative and personable which allows you to build strong working relationships at all levels of the business. With your understanding of governance and frameworks/models you can plan and provide the reporting required in this role.
- You have in-depth knowledge and experience in business planning and performance development.
- Adept at developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure organisational success.
- Experience in creating comprehensive business plans and managing complex programs of work. This includes strategic planning, resource allocation, and monitoring progress toward goals.
- The ability to think strategically and connect high-level organizational strategy with day-to-day planning and performance metrics. This includes analysing financial and non-financial data to inform decision-making
