Description:
As a Process Analyst, you will be at the forefront of innovation as we seek to bring consistent ways of working to life across various functions within the business. This role will act with a lens of continuous improvement to support business initiatives while standardising process and data governance.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based onsite at the Blackwoods National Office in Macquarie Park.

Responsibilities:
- Support business innovation initiatives across Blackwoods
- Conduct data and process analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and initiatives
- Assist with the implementation and embedding of improvements to support with the future state
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve business objectives
