Description:

We are seeking an experienced German-speaking Business Process Analyst (HR) for our client, a global leader in reciprocating compressor systems.
The position is permanent, and fluency in German is a mandatory requirement.
As a Business Process Analyst (HR) , you will lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency by identifying, recommending, developing, and implementing HR process improvements. You’ll collaborate with relevant departments to ensure continuous process maintenance, review, simplification, and quality assurance. Your role involves developing and optimizing workflows in alignment with legal requirements, regulatory standards, and corporate governance. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing process documentation, training materials, and other necessary documentation. Additionally, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and gather business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your duties will also include developing and executing training content for processes and ERP systems, supporting multiple concurrent business analysis projects, and upholding quality assurance processes to validate data accuracy and reliability.
This opportunity requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, HR, or related fields, along with over 5 years of proven experience in business process analysis within the HR domain, operational leadership experience in HR is advantageous, experience in ERP implementation programs, preferably in a leading role, is desirable. Strong expertise in process documentation, standardization, globalization, and rollout across organizations is essential.
