Description:

Newly created role for you to help implement a new version of a ITSM tool and roll out new functions and processes.
Leverage your broad BA and technical consulting skills working directly with key user stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Working in modern, agile ways of work, your role as a Business Process Analyst will include rolling out a new service management tool (ITSM), improving workflows and looking at ways automation and other tools can add value.
- This role will leverage your client facing consulting skills understanding how to improve end-user processes and workflows, before overlaying technology and systems to make things more efficient.
- Working with a small team of Software Developers, you’ll enjoy working across the complete project lifecycle working in a Scrum in Agile manner. Experience in User Testing and Change Management would be particularly advantageous for this engagement.
- One key project, will be adding a new software module and upgrading the whole application.
