POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Process Automation Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in revolutionizing our operational efficiency by optimizing and automating our systems and processes, with a primary focus on HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in process automation, API integration, and system simplification, enabling our team to focus more on building value-added relationships with our clients.Key

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in business process automation, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot.
  • In-depth knowledge of API integration and experience working with various systems and applications.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about process improvements.
  • Proficiency with scripting and automation tools.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively in a human-driven business environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable automation solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in HubSpot or other relevant automation tools.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or with human capital management systems.
  • Familiarity with other CRM systems and integration platforms.
