Description:

  • Leadership and Project Management: Lead and manage the business process automation team and plan, execute, and oversee the implementation of automation projects, ensuring timely completion within their scope.
  • Process Identification and Analysis: Identify and assess business processes for automation potential. Use process mapping and analysis techniques to understand process flow and build business cases for new solutions to be implemented using existing and new systems.
  • Automation Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions using Power Platform and other automation technologies and ensure that the solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
  • Power Platform Development: Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform with other Microsoft services and third-party applications. Power Automate and Power Apps skills are essential.
  • Collaboration at European and Global Level: network, exchange and share expertise knowledge with automation and digital transformation co-partners at European and global level, to drive change at corporate level.
  • Best Practice and Process Standardization: Promote best practice and standardization of processes across our European entities.
  • Team Training and Development: Provide technical support and training to users. Train and mentor team members on automation tools and best practices. Develop skills within the team to ensure high performance and career growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Very good knowledge and skills of project management methods and process tools for large automation initiatives
  • Enthusiasm for IT solutions and extensive experience in the management or implementation of IT related projects.
  • Sound knowledge of software development practices, programming languages (e.g. Python, R), API’s and relational databases.
  • Strong understanding of automation technologies such as RPA, BPM and AI.
  • Highly organized and able to work simultaneously on projects of multi entity level initiatives
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Process Automation and in Power Platform development / programming, with at least 2 years in a leadership role with direct reports
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 15% of your time)
  • Certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) or automation technologies (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) – desirable
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field desirable
