For our headquarter in Munich we are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position of

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • Successfully completed studies in economics, business administration, IT or comparable; further related certificates and trainings highly welcome
  • At least 3 - 5 years of professional experience in business process management; consulting experience in management, process or IT consulting desired
  • Excellent “integrator” and translator between IT and business; ability to communicate and prepare complex issues in a comprehensive and pragmatic manner
  • Experience in working in cross-functional, international projects, ideally in process-oriented design and implementation projects in the area of Business Process Management
  • Profound experience in process modeling (BPMN2.0) and documentation
  • Strong communication skills with team spirit
  • Innovation driver, strategic thinker with a clear vision of BPM with high implementation skills and “hands-on mentality”
  • Knowledge in project management, agile methodology and product ownership is a plus
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills; fluent German skills desired

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and implement processes or cross-functional end-to-end processes, while also continuously developing and optimizing existing processes, including related interfaces and responsibilities
  • Manage process projects and workshops for process analyses, as well as maintaining process designs and documentation. Identify weak points and develop solutions to address them
  • Manage international, cross-functional projects and support stakeholders with process-oriented performance management
  • Support in implementing strategic transformation and optimization programs for our stakeholders
  • Shape the introduction of new processes, BPM product futures and the continuous optimization, digitalization and automation of processes
  • Enhance our stakeholders’ knowledge base through training and coaching
  • Support the further development of our BPM product by providing process descriptions and work instructions for IT governance
  • Support the optimization of communication strategies for BPM and general IT governance process topics, such as frameworks and best practices
