SAIC is looking for a Business Process Expert (PaaS/SaaS/IT SME - Product Manager) for remote full time work.

• Lead the analysis, design, and optimization of business processes across the organization, with a focus on leveraging PAAS and SAAS solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, translating them into actionable process improvements and technology solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for IT systems and platforms, providing guidance and support to internal teams on system capabilities, configurations, and integrations.
• Work closely with product managers and development teams to define requirements and roadmap for PAAS and SAAS products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive the implementation and adoption of PAAS and SAAS solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, system configurations, and integration points.
• Lead training and change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business process management, PAAS, SAAS, and IT systems

Qualifications

• Bachelors and nine (9) years or more of relevant experience
• Minimum of at least two of the following Salesforce Design Certifications: Certified Identity and Access Management Designer, Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer, Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer, Certified Integration Architecture Designer.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Minimum of two mid-level Industry Recognized certifications for each respective PaaS CoE ecosystem platforms
• Extensive experience (at least five+ years) and depth of understanding of all other PaaS CoE ecosystem platforms and experience with large scale PaaS platforms deployments. The resource will oversee the PaaS CoE architecture from a technical perspective, lead and manage a Tier 2/Tier 3 Support and Sustainment team.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
