Description:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Process Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.DESIRABLE

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

  • 1+ years of experience in Automation implementations / Process Improvement
  • Prior experience in shared services center environment desirable.
  • Analytical mindset to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations
  • Experience in Project Management and Processes Improvement via automation
  • Hands-on experience in process automation solutions (Microsoft Power Platform tools, Visual Basic, Tableau, Winshuttle, etc.) implementations.
  • Experienced in facilitating cross-functional team discussions, including well-developed negotiation skills while providing clear direction.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Process Mapping and Project Management tools (i.e., Visio, Project, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Proficient in Power BI/Tableau, Visual Basic, Power Apps, Power Automate developments (MUST)

Responsibilities:

  • As an Internal Specialized Consultant in the Business Process Management (BPM) Center of Expertise, you will play a crucial role in strengthening and optimizing Nissan processes through automation to enhance efficiency, agility, and overall performance.
  • Act as a change agent in the organization using Lean Six Sigma and agile principles to map, identify, analyze, define, implement, and sustain improvement opportunities via digital solutions (workflow automation, RPA/RDA, Chatbot, AI, etc), as well as mitigate risks, making sure every process is standardized, optimized, and properly documented.
  • This is a partially remote role.
