As an interface to Product Management, Operations and IT, the area Business Process Management Airfreight is responsible for the global Airfreight processes of Hellmann. This includes the design, implementation and continuous improvement of business processes in terms of standardization, sustainability, automation and digitalization.
We are looking for a Business Process Specialist (m/f/d) with focus on our new TMS and future projects in our team in Europe. The main focus of your role will be to train and support the design and rollout of a new Transport Management System (TMS) Cargo Wise One. You will support the project team at all levels – from analysis to implementation phase. You will gain valuable working experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment across the European continent.

» KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed logistics apprenticeship and / or completed University degree in Logistics or a comparable qualification
  • Solid understanding of the global forwarding industry with on hand operational experience, especially in Airfreight
  • Experience in the field of training business processes, system use and organizational changes
  • Experience with the implementation of a TMS is a plus
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to effectively deal with different cultures, departments and hierarchical levels
  • Empathy skills: ability to place yourself in the shoes of the audience
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Flexibility towards traveling and longer stays abroad (40% - 60%)
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
  • Analytical thinking, strong self-confidence and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the rollout of the new Transport Management System, driving business process transformation along with it, including analysis, change management, set-up, training, etc.
  • Planning, moderation and execution of country and regional workshops and trainings with all levels of employees, predominantly on site across Europe
  • Supporting country BPM and key users on a day to day basis in airfreight operational, system and process related matters
  • Creation of training material and documentation
  • Creation of SOPs and work instructions
