DHL Global Forwarding (Norway) AS is looking for a Business Process Trainee within BPO (Business Process Optimization) department who is result driven with a solution-oriented spirit to deliver the best solutions for our products. The Trainee position is for 1 year, with the possibility of extension.
The Business Process Trainee will be instrumental in analyzing business needs and designing solutions in our business systems and should have a natural curiosity and a genuine desire to find solutions by asking the right questions. The position will report to our Head of BPO/IT and be a part of an established and dedicated team. You will play a key role in proactively ensuring a high level of service and maintain an excellent relationship to our “internal customers”.
The Business Process Trainee in DHL will be given all the necessary training, gaining valuable experience and competence. It is not a requirement to have solid experience, however we need an individual with a positive mindset and an eagerness to learn and succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Document our business processes
  • Identify and carry out improvement to business processes
  • Provide process and system support services
  • Identify and coordinate training needs
  • Liaise with local, regional and global subject-matter experts in order to find and design solutions needed locally
  • Assist on other ad-hoc tasks where applicable within BPO/IT department
