Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated person to be part of our Product Team. The candidate will conduct market analysis to understand the needs of the customer and translates them into features for product development. The candidate shall also pitch the product to potential customer to gain adoption.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer engagement, project/ product development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of product development and business analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze market and customer data to provide insights on customer needs and business opportunities
- Develop business case and assess product feasibility
- Participate in determining and shaping product features, focus and priorities.
- Provide administrative support in areas such as meeting organization, note taking, presentations delivery
- Creating product brochures, videos, presentation material, product documentation and user manuals.
- Assist in the development of customer training materials and provide user training.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on market, competition, product changes and enhancements.
- Provide support and assistance for customer inquiries.
- Work with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Manage customer support issues and escalate complex/ critical issues to management.
