Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE

The Business Project Analyst is a crucial role responsible for supporting key business initiatives through expert business analysis, project management and delivery skills to drive successful outcomes.
Sitting within the Global business transformation space and reporting into the Head of PMO/Program Director, you will collaborate with diverse teams across different regions. Your responsibilities will include supporting project planning and coordination, facilitating requirement gathering, defining deliverables, documentation, reporting and fostering high levels of collaboration to drive project success.

WHAT YOU DO

Business Analysis

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from diverse business areas to comprehend and craft project briefs, scope, and requirements
  • Conduct thorough business and data analysis, encompassing requirements collection and documentation of business needs, processes, and related documentation
  • Evaluate current and future state and perform gap analysis. Document and Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Support the implementation and business testing of new systems, processes, and initiatives
  • Contribute to creating business cases, feasibility studies, initiative briefs, and project plans.

Project delivery and Coordination

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and with quality
  • Track project progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and recommend corrective actions and mitigation strategies
  • Prepare regular status reports and presentations for stakeholders
