This position in the COLM team oversees the target operating model for Post Onboarding processes as part of the CLM TOM initiatives. Reporting to the head of Post Onboarding Review, the role involves defining scope, project management, and developing effective policies and processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, skilled in stakeholder management, and possesses strong organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and facilitate/manage a working group (WG) of cross-functional members to agree and align on the direction of the capability in the Bank’s operational and strategic context.
- Organise and plan the work components necessary to deliver key aspects of the capability.
- Lead the WG to developing the capability roadmap in the medium term and define business requirements in the immediate term
- Establish the artifacts required
- Support the Organisation on engaging effectively on the CLM TOM Programme
