Description:
THE CANDIDATE – KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Construction or property experience is advantageous.
- Advanced in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to communicate at all levels across functional departments
- A strong ability to multi-task and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment where relationships, organisation, and a high attention to detail is required.
- Self-motivated team player but with the ability to work on one’s own initiative.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
Typically, the candidate will be expected to undertake and assist with the following duties:
- Support the Director of Business Development in providing a well-organised and efficient system of work to deliver the desired business outcomes,
- Responsible for diary management and expense management,
- Preparation of monthly summary progress reports for the Business Development Function.
- Complete project management administrative tasks,
- Attend relevant meetings with the Director of Business Development, capturing actions and monitoring outcomes for the Director of Business Development,
- Schedule collaborator meetings, document and generate reports,
- Communicate with various stakeholders across the business to ensure everyone stays aligned on project actions and targets,
- Preparation for Leadership Team and Executive reviews (liaising with functional leads for slides, meeting and attendance and minutes),
- Be a point of contact for queries and escalate as appropriate with functional leads,
- Coordinate administration of relevant legal documentation including arrangements of fee’s/payments for statutory bodies,
- Any other ad-hoc requirements as required,
- Assist the budgeting process.
Tasks will be allocated to reflect increasing levels of development and experience.
