We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Psychologist to join our Neurodiversity team. Working as part of the central functions team you will be used to working in a fast paced, agile environment.
As a Business Psychologist you will be meeting with our clients and employers to conduct workplace needs assessments.
You will have a strong understanding of our clients concerns and be able to identify any barriers.
This role will be home based, however further travel may be required throughout the UK as required. The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify and make suitable recommendations for appropriate reasonable adjustments that will make a lasting impact to the employee.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of assistive technologies, specialist equipment and products that may be useful for the client that links closely to their specific job requirements.
  • Deliver training and/or coaching which will support the individual within the workplace in field of expertise.
  • Collating and compiling competent reports that are fit for purpose.
  • Deliver face to face or virtual assessments.
  • Meet SLAs by completely highly accurate reports within the agreed timescales.
  • Working holistically with other professionals (e.g. physiotherapy, doctors, nurses)
  • Maintain high client satisfaction levels.
  • Positively contributing to the team’s contracted KPI targets

  • Assist in related administration, conduct of audits, collection of statistics, and/or projects as needed.
  • Provide appropriate occupational/business psychology consultancy to clients and senior managers to support neuroinclusion.
  • Design and delivery consultancy projects for Health Partners clients that will support their neuro-inclusive journey.
  • Act as a significant point of contact for clients during their neuro-inclusive journey.
  • Define the client problems to be addressed, develop solutions in collaboration with clients and communicate proposed solutions and their benefits. This may include elements such as develop, implement and evaluate employee selection procedures, HR policies, environmental and technological changes across the organisation, ensuring inclusive communication to customers and suppliers.
  • Provide evidence-based advice and guidance to clients on how specific interventions can support their requirements.
