Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Based at our National Support Office in Melbourne, CBD, reporting to the General Manager of Business Services, you will be responsible for driving, managing, and maintaining the company systems and processes to ensure they always up to date and maintained accurately.

Your main duties will include monitoring a wide range of business support systems, with key responsibilities spanning across the following areas:

  • Intranet management,
  • Specialist Independent Contractors (SIC) management,
  • iAuditor management,
  • Workforce tracking, monitoring & reporting,
  • Fleet / Equipment / Supplier management,
  • Monitoring Materials & Chemicals register,
  • Maintaining Tenant Engagement platform,
  • Payroll administration / reporting,
  • Executive reporting
  • Maintaining SharePoint pages
  • Assisting with various projects as required.

This role is a full-time permanent position and may require some regional and interstate travel as needed.
