Responsibilities:
As a Presales Consultant, you will be the go-to person for Data#3’s front-line sales team when they need expertise to map customer challenges to Data#3’s suite of Software Advisory services. As an expert in Software Asset Management (SAM), you bring a deep domain expertise in software licensing, SAM tools and best practice SAM processes. You will support Data#3 front-line sellers in qualifying customer’s needs, positioning the right solutions to overcome customer challenges, and develop proposals for customer to take advantage of our SAS solutions. You will,
- Provide high-quality customer presales support, contributing to tenders, develop proposals, and presentations.
- Understand customer requirements to scope appropriate solutions.
- Contribute to the SAS Business Plan, helping front-line sellers in achieving sales quotas for territory and team.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with front-liner sellers and key Data#3 Vendor Partners.
- Work with the National Manager, Software Advisory Services to identify areas of opportunity for improvement.
