Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Solution Manager to lead international projects aimed at developing strategic partnerships and enhancing customer & partner journey within AXA Partners Credit & Lifestyle Protection (CLP). This role involves coordinating complex projects, representing AXA Partners CLP in direct exchanges with external partners, and creating and implementing solutions. This role is part of the Client Solutions and Business Transformation Delivery team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead international projects focused on developing strategic partnerships, including multi-country partnerships
  • Coordinate and manage complex projects involving various internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent AXA Partners CLP in direct exchanges with external partners, contributing to the development and quality of these relationships
  • Analyze customer needs across multiple countries to offer tailored solutions while aligning with local market practices, specificities, and regulations
  • Create and implement plans to optimize customer journeys and sales, addressing challenges for B2B2C model, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for the end customer…

Your Profile

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Master’s Degree (business school, engineering school, etc.)
  • At least 5-10 years’ significant experience in managing large-scale international projects
  • Good knowledge of insurance products and management processes (ideally in the life insurance, creditor or personal protection markets) would be appreciated.
  • Fluency in English essential (daily working language); a second language (preferably German, Italian or Spanish) would be a plus

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Ability to manage projects with strategic stakes or complex issues, with multiple stakeholders and a results orientation
  • Excellent sense of customer service
  • Pragmatism and ability to identify innovative/best-practice solutions proposed by experts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different contacts (business, support…) on a variety of subjects
  • Ability to work in an evolving environment
  • High degree of autonomy, organization, rigor and tenacity
  • Experience in service or customer relations would also be a plus, as well as experience in agile, transformation and management.
