Qualifications

  • Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders with strong communication, including writing, interpersonal communications and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in shaping robust Risk Advisory practices as a centre of excellence and partner with Global Risk to ensure consistent implementation of all risk-related initiatives. These initiatives include client engagements, commercial opportunities, and sales, all of which are to be diligently recorded in Microsoft Dynamics (MSD).
  • Take an proactive approach with the Risk Advisory team to plan value-added external engagements during current and upcoming fiscal years.
  • Manage the orchestration of client engagements at both market and hub levels. This may include but is not limited to: fraud trends, forecasting, pain points, insights etc., all uniquely tailored to the clients, countries, markets, or regions in focus.
  • Support the design and delivery of the fraud risk narrative for a variety of client engagements that touch on different levels of fraud (i.e. sales deck, main stage, client meetings)
  • Assist the risk advisory team in conducting fraud analysis and investigations into complex issues, unexpected patterns or adverse trends. Participate in root-cause analysis and identification of enhancement areas that inform the Risk Advisor’s key business and risk, risk-based assessments, and identification of emerging and future risks.
  • Support the day-to-day operational management of the dynamic nature of the Risk Advisory team, including:
  • Maintaining, monitoring, and delivering Key Risk Initiatives (i.e. Risk Operating Plan) incorporating operational execution and leadership reporting for status updates
  • Documenting and following up on actions and decisions from meetings
  • Preparing necessary materials for meetings
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met, escalating where plans have deviated
  • Collaborate with all internal support and management teams (i.e. Communications, Marketing, Legal, etc.) and external partners and vendors to coordinate and deliver Risk engagements hosted by the Chief Risk Officer, VP Head of Risk Advisors, and Risk Advisors such as: Risk Executive Councils, Visa Forums, Client Meetings, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with Global Risk to ensure that the Europe Risk function benefits from Global Risk policies, procedures and tools to optimize efficiencies and deliver appropriate consistency
  • Secondary responsibilities include: administrative support for the Risk Advisory team as needed, which may include but is not limited to:
  • Assisting with travel bookings and diary management
  • Coordinating client engagements Visa Risk hosted events
  • Managing third-party provider budget activities (i.e. through purchase order administration)
  • Occasional travel (10%) in the region potentially required

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
