We are looking to hire a Business Support to provide support to our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank . You will be responsible for various operational tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of business processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Business Operations Support: Assist in day-to-day business operations, including but not limited to data entry, documentation management, and coordination of tasks between different departments.
  • Information Gathering and Consolidation: Collect information from various teams, consolidate data, and prepare reports or summaries for analysis and decision-making purposes.
  • Presentation Support: Collaborate with team members to create visually appealing and informative presentations. Assist in gathering relevant data, organizing content, and creating slides that effectively communicate key messages.
  • Meeting Minutes: Attend meetings and accurately capture meeting minutes. Ensure that all key discussions, decisions, and action items are recorded in a clear and concise manner.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration on projects and initiatives.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 year of experience in a similar support / coordination role
  • Outgoing and energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills to communicate with various teams / stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel to provide support to prepare presentation slides / reports
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Past experience in banking & finance domain will be advantage
  • Domain knowledge in technology such as server / network will be advantageous
