BUSINESS SUPPORT COORDINATOR, ONGOING, SYDNEY
This role is a salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at $106,025 - $117,363 base plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as the Business Support Coordinator for coordinating and supporting a range of tasks to deliver high quality business support services. This is an onsite role that leads and includes providing front of house business support services.
Some of the key accountabilities for the role include:
- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of high-quality business support services and administration support of the Business Support function to ensure the business needs of the team are met, this includes providing support for reception and hospitality.
- Provide facility and shared space management, administrative and other support services such as reception, kitchen and meeting room support and coordination, document management and other services as required.
- Provide financial support including setting up new suppliers, processing purchase orders and invoices to support efficient financial and procurement processes within the team.
- Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
