Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

  • JOB OVERVIEWReporting to the Head of National Operations, the successful candidate will provide business support to the National Operations Team by completing various responsibilities in Customer Operations. This is a fast paced and unique role offering the opportunity of liaising directly with other members of National Operations, clients and colleagues across the wider Mobile Services Division. Mobile Services is a varied, flexible and adaptable part of MITIE’s offerings to clients. This role is hybrid working from home and the Northampton Office.

Responsibilities:



    • To place orders for consumables for the business through the various supplier systems.

    • To receipt subcontractors for services provided on a weekly basis on Servicetrac.
    • To attend any Client/Account meetings as required
    • Support the rollout of business initiatives.
    • Understand and demonstrate the MITIE principles.
    • To support the National Accounts Mailbox daily with the delivery of services.
    • To become conversant with National Account roles to be able to provide sickness and holiday absence cover.
    • To be conversant in the scheduling / closing down of jobs on relevant systems.
