Description:

  • Provide Business operations support to the team.
  • Prepare service quotations and service confirmations aligned to the client’s requirements and provide appropriate clarifications. Involvement with other sales-related administrative tasks and processes such as payment/billing matters.
  • Support the Managing Partner and internal teams in client onboarding and servicing
  • Corporate Secretarial Support – Assist on preparation of AGM documents, board resolutions etc.
  • Assist in billing clients and close monitoring of recurring billing and annual service renewal.
  • Manage inbound enquires with timely and accurate responses via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, or social platform messages.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum A Level or Diploma.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter individual with the ability to use his/her own initiative to achieve results.
  • Commitment to quality in performing required tasks in a timely manner.
  • Positive attitude, detail-minded, and organized.
