Description:
- Provide Business operations support to the team.
- Prepare service quotations and service confirmations aligned to the client’s requirements and provide appropriate clarifications. Involvement with other sales-related administrative tasks and processes such as payment/billing matters.
- Support the Managing Partner and internal teams in client onboarding and servicing
- Corporate Secretarial Support – Assist on preparation of AGM documents, board resolutions etc.
- Assist in billing clients and close monitoring of recurring billing and annual service renewal.
- Manage inbound enquires with timely and accurate responses via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, or social platform messages.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum A Level or Diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication skills.
- Self-starter individual with the ability to use his/her own initiative to achieve results.
- Commitment to quality in performing required tasks in a timely manner.
- Positive attitude, detail-minded, and organized.
