Temporary to Permanent Business Support Administrator - Dublin 1
Manpower is currently seeking a Temporary to Permanent Business Support Administrator for our esteemed client, one of Ireland’s premier transport companies located in Dublin 1. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals with strong customer service skills to excel in administrative tasks within the Sales department. The position is fully onsite in Dublin 1, with the potential to transition to a hybrid work model after 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with existing clients on a daily basis to ensure optimal support levels
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Management and Sales Team
  • Compile reports, manage, and update customer database and files
  • Maintain IT systems to maximize performance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and execute effective strategies and solutions
  • Become a subject matter expert on the company’s services, processes, and operations to deliver best-in-class service on every customer interaction
  • Apply strong key account management principles in all business opportunities

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work cooperatively and flexibly within a team
  • Capacity to analyze data, diagnose problems, and provide practical solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workload by prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
