Description:
Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust provides child and adult mental health services, learning disability, wellbeing, older people’s and eating disorder services across Norfolk and Suffolk.

JOB DESCRIPTION/PERSON SPECIFICATION

Responsibilities:
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting performance reporting across the Care Group
- Assisting senior managers and teams to own their data and information
- Developing, reviewing and maintaining Business Continuity, Business Impact Analysis and Resilience Plans under the direction of the Performance & Information Business Support Manager
- Line manage Senior Clinical and Management Support Administrators, Lead on recruitment, undertake monthly Management Supervision, promote adherence to Trust Policy, support compliance in all areas and undertake budgetary requirements.
- Share good learning and implement new solutions to drive performance in all areas, data quality and continually seek ways to improve our service users care
- Working with the Contracts, Performance, and Information Team to develop robust and efficient reporting and escalation processes
- Work alongside Performance & Information Business Support Manager to support and provide cover and assistance as required
