Description:
As the Business Support Manager, you will undertake a leading role with a wide range of responsibilities in managing the implementation and control of strategies, regulatory projects, and initiatives to maintain and develop our product suite. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of Investor Services while maintaining our daily operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in or handle projects from start to finish
- Generate solution ideas, structure, and solve problems
- Collaborate with our financial partner mapping different income streams and creating business logic for income visualisation
- Support sales managers in maintaining and developing our client portfolio in CRM
- Driving our digitalisation agenda and responsible for identifying and implementing automation in relevant areas.
- Facilitate and navigate risk-assessment projects (Sales, IT, operational, Outsourcing etc.)
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, ensure target alignment, and task distribution
