Description:

The post holder is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operation of the Neighbourhood and will work closely with both Neighbourhood Clinical Directors and the Neighbourhood Operational Lead to deliver the requirements of the Neighbourhood and PCN strategicdrivers. The post holder will co-ordinate West Northumberland Neighbourhood activities to the extent necessary to ensure the development and maintenance of a high standard of patient care, sound teamwork and close co-operation with the clinical and managerial team. The post holder will deliver effective, high level support to the Neighbourhood practices by developing and embedding the Additional Roles workforce as well as ensuring there is good communications and engagement, reporting and contract management. To role model compassionate and inclusive leadership in order to shape thecreation of a collective leadership culture within the organisation.
This means demonstrating a consistent leadership style which (a) engages, enables and empowers others (b) uses coaching to promote ownership of learning and quality improvement and (c) facilitates team working and collaboration within teams / departments and acrossorganisational boundaries
