If this appeals to you then an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expanding medical workforce team in NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership. The Business Support Manager will provide comprehensive business administrative support to a team that manages and supports all Medical and Dental trainees and pre registration pharmacists across Wales for the duration of their training programme.
The Business Support Manager will act as the main channel of communication for all tripartite arrangments between Health Education and Improvement Wales and multiple host organisations. They will play a fundamental role in maintaining all of the Single Lead Employer employment systems and ensuring robust governance systems are in place between with all host organisations.

We are looking for an experienced administrator with a proven track record of providing comprehensive administrative support.to large multi disciplinary services.. The post holder will be responsible for the smooth running of the Single Lead Employer medical workforce team, ensuring the management team can successfully execute their responsibilities. The Business Support Manager will act as the main channel of communication for all tripartite arrangements between Health Education and Improvement Wales and multiple host organisations The post holder will also play a pivotal role in maintaining a range of employment systems and developing and monitoring a suite of KPI’s aligned to the different tripartite relationships. We would be looking for an experienced administrator with demonstrable experience of managing a large workload in a busy office environment. Due to the nature of the role the ideal candidate would have a high level of interpersonal skills to deal with complex and sensitive information and dealing with multiple stakeholders and professional bodies. They will require excellent organisational and communication skills with demonstrable experience of maintaining multiple electronic systems
