Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring a Business Support Officer to join our Regional Support team.
The post holder will provide efficient, effective and flexible support to the regional team. The role will lead on day to day running of the region’s quality assurance processes, drafting correspondence on behalf of the Regional Director and engaging the inspector workforce as required.
This is a fantastic opportunity to further your experience in Ofsted’s well-established team. TECHNICAL SKILLS
We’ll assess you against these technical skills during the selection process:
- Good written and verbal communication skills, working effectively with team members and relevant stakeholders both internally and externally to provide accurate advice and guidance.
- Understanding and successful application of how to prioritise, plan and deliver on key work activities without close supervision, demonstrating the ability to work on a series of unrelated problems simultaneously.
- Understanding and successful application of strong IT skills, including use of the Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to learn new programs quickly.
