We are currently seeking a Business Support Team Leader to join our team based in our Perth Office on a full-time basis.
Quattro Project Engineering is a successful and innovative WA based Engineering and Construction Services Company servicing the Resources and Civil Sectors for over 10 years. Quattro has consulted and contracted with a diverse range of clients including international mining houses, mid-tier miners, government entities and developers and have delivered a multitude of projects from pre-feasibility through to construction and commissioning. We are currently seeking a Business Support Team Leader to join our team based in our Perth Office on a full-time basis. The Business Support Team provides support across all divisions of the business and are responsible for functions including Human Resources, Accounts, Mobilisation, Payroll, IT Business Systems and Marketing.

Duties including but not limited to;

• Supervision, coordination and mentoring of the Business Support team to ensure all national business support tasks are executed in a professional and productive manner
• Build relationships and culture across Quattro Project Engineering offices and site locations
• Management and development of the Business Support team members including mentoring and performance reviews
• Provide administrative support to the Management Team
• Event and merchandise preparation including all marketing and branding
• Assist the Business Support Manager with obtaining quotes, researching information and implementation for supporting business needs
• Other relevant duties that arise from time to time.
