Description:
Summary
The IT-company Andersen invites an experienced Business/System Analyst to work on a large-scale project in the field of Insurance.
The customer is a leading provider of intellectual technological solutions for the insurance industry in the USA and Canada. Their innovative systems, driven by artificial intelligence, accelerate claims processing by 30-40% and automate up to 90% of the review process. This enables insurers to free up resources to enhance customer service and make informed decisions, while also reducing costs and improving risk management through digital data.
The project is an innovative system comprising three portals for the submission and management of insurance claims. It features the integration of two platforms, ensuring seamless data translation between them and efficient conversion planning. This project represents a unique solution for optimizing insurance processes, enhancing their transparency, and convenience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the configurations work and meet the needs of the client.
- Providing feedback to the product team on issues or requests from clients.
- Building a conversion plan to migrate existing data to the new platform.
- Building specs/requirements and test for data conversion.
- Working with the client’s business and technical team to review, discuss, spec, get signoff, and test all integrations for the project.
- Building system documentation and client configuration documents.
- Documenting user and functional requirements in the User Story format.
- Conducting acceptance testing and maintaining collections of API queries.
- Working with a database.
Requirements
- Commercial experience as a Business/System Analyst for 3+ years.
- Experience designing and spec of integrations.
- Expertise in conversion planning.
- Experience of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Experience with Web Services.
- Experience in documenting requirements in the User Story format.
- Experience in designing and developing software documentation.
- Experience with Postman/Swagger/SoapUI.
- Experience in modeling business processes (UML, ERD, BPMN).
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least Jira and Confluence).
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
- Experience with enterprise applications under development and/or claims systems knowledge.
