YOUR ROLE

• You’ll be joining an IT professional services team working in an Application Development and Maintenance, where you bring a blend of Business and Systems Analyst experience and skills.
• You’ll be tasked with gathering detailed requirements and agreeing functional solutions in consultation with client management/users and the Lead Developer/Tester.
• You’ll be developing and maintaining functional specifications, business process models, user stories and use cases. Using SQL you’ll interrogate relational database tables to understand how data is currently held and what alterations are necessary to facilitate change.
• You’ll also support the development and system testing of the stories defined, assist the client in User Acceptance Testing and co-ordinate aspects of implementation and early life support.
