Description:

BUSINESS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR / INFOR SYTELINE SPECIALIST / BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST

On-Site Location: CMI Group, 3617 E La Salle St, Phoenix, AZ 85040 (This is an in-person, on-site position)
Requirement: Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident due to ITAR

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience as an Infor Syteline ERP Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Infor Syteline modules, configurations, and customization capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Infor Syteline or Infor CloudSuite Industrial are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects related to the Infor Syteline ERP system.
  • Configure and customize Infor Syteline modules to meet the specific needs and requirements of the organization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand functional requirements for ERP system enhancements.
  • Implement and maintain system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between Infor Syteline and other business applications.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure effective utilization of the Infor Syteline ERP system.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize the functionality of Infor Syteline.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to keep the Infor Syteline ERP system current.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration settings, and customization details.
  • Stay informed about updates and new features within the Infor Syteline ERP system, assessing their applicability to the organization.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of additional modules or functionalities to enhance the ERP system.
  • Local travel may be required to assist and train remote users.
  • Other duties as assigned.
