Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
The SAP Order to Cash Analyst will be responsible for the deployment and ongoing support of the order to cash process ̶ orders, deliveries, shipments (with costs) and billings ̶ in SAP. He/she will provide solutions to streamline operations and support business goals, including configuration, end-user support and training, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation.
This opportunity can be located in both Montreal or Mississauga.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (in a support and configuration role) and/or 4 years of experience implementing and supporting SD/LE modules.
- SAP configuration expertise in SD/LE or corresponding S4/Hana modules required.
- Familiarity with ABAP coding and debugging skills an asset.
- Understanding of integration points between SAP SD/LE and other modules (FI / CO / MM / WM / MSCRM) required.
- At least one full SAP implementation of the SD and LE module serving as functional lead, architect, or analyst.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Detail oriented and self-directed with strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and ASAP methodology.
- Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) module an asset.
- Knowledge of SAP APO integrations an asset.
- Excellent communication and written skills and customer service orientation.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain the relevant ECC components that support the order to cash processes SD/LE/FI-AR (orders, deliveries, shipments (with costs), and billing).
- Knowledge of SAP WM and/or MS CRM would be advantageous.
- Design systems specifications, develop, test, and implement cost-effective solutions within SAP SD/LE modules.
- Provide guidance to business partners on appropriate use of the SAP system.
- Troubleshoot, design, document, test, and provide training for SD/LE in support of current projects and in general support issues/requests.
- Configure and test solutions, including appropriate documentation.
- Support business users in delivery of end-user training.
- Create functional specifications for application development objects and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
