JOB SUMMARY

The Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for our Boston based financial industry client. This person will actively support the firm providing both Business and Systems Analysis. Ideally this Business Systems Analyst will have experience with tasks such as: systems conversions or implementations, data mapping, gap analysis, budgeting, tracking deliverables and risk assessments. This Business Systems Analyst position also requires SQL skills for retrieving data by writing queries. This Business Systems Analyst will serve as liaison between IT and business end-users for the development of strategic technology projects across the firm. Expectation is hybrid work schedule, 3 days onsite in Boston, applicants must be local. Requirements:

• Financial Services experience required
• Requirement gathering and documentation
• SQL experience writing queries and joins
• Project Management responsibilities
• A bonus would be reporting experience with SSRS/Crystal Reports or Tableau
