REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
• Five or more years of experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

• Resolves issues and contributes to area development
• Proven track record of managing projects and delivering quality, value added results and services in a timely manner
• Solid technical background
• Capable of identifying sub-optimal business processes and using process simplification methods and/or technology to improve them
• Excellent business and analytical skills and abilities with process management and information systems design experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to influence others, including peers and senior management
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to take independent action and/or proactively creating opportunities to resolve or prevent problems
• Ability to thrive in a changing environment
