The Computershare Communication Services(CCS) team is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to help us build better products that people (or businesses) love to use. Through innovations in communications, we help companies better connect with their customers and stakeholders through print, digital, and mobile delivery channels worldwide.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED INCLUDE:

  • Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including international stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and research skills with the ability to collect and analyse complex material and data, and present it in accessible formats
  • Proven ability to successfully gather requirements and get results with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience working with system implementation projects
  • High levels of initiative with ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly and succinctly
  • Experience in agile business analysis - including working as part of a scrum delivery team

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working within a delivery team environment
  • Knowledge of Share Registry concepts and processes is highly regarded
  • Experience in working with application prototyping tools (Axure) to workshop solutions

Responsibilities:

A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE

You will be an integral part of the global engineering team in CCS, a provider of integrated communications solutions. You will see yourself performing business analysis tasks to assist with the running of software applications managed by the Communication Services Global Engineering Team. This includes providing support to the business stakeholders on the use and resolution of 3rd party application requests and incidents.
The Business Systems Analyst is involved in identifying and documenting business needs and determining solutions to business problems. Solutions include systems development components and business process improvements designed to improve business efficiency and productivity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Develop a comprehensive business analysis plan to effectively manage their own and team activities, tasks, deliverables, and schedules
  • Proactively identifies and communicates potential risks and issues that may require changes to project plans or scope
  • Adheres to Computershare’s methodologies, business analysis practices, SDLC, and compliance requirements to ensure high-performance standards
  • Effectively liaises with off-site stakeholders using various communication tools such as teleconferencing and email
  • Manages conflicts, issues, and changes to ensure that all stakeholders and the project team remain aligned on the solution scope
  • Ensures that all requirements support the delivery of business value, fulfill goals and objectives, and meet stakeholder needs
  • Collaborates with developers and technical architects to develop and implement technology solutions
  • Provide support during the implementation of the solution and produce detailed release notes
  • Participates in solution design with technical architects to ensure that all requirements are met and that the solution is technically feasible and sustainable

This role is well suited to an individual with experience maximising the software’s business and proven prior skills building strong relationships with stakeholders, both technical and business, to ensure that the platform roadmap supports the business and technical strategy by managing complex requirements simultaneously to short timescales & demonstrate continuous improvement.
You will be natural leader and communicator with the ability to engage people at all levels of the organisation, the global role is a key part of the organisation and capability of influencing seniority as you will have a direct impact on the quality of the delivered platform.
