SUMMARY

Join our team at WorkForce Software as a Business Systems Analyst, playing a pivotal role in tackling the company’s operational challenges. We’re seeking an individual experienced in guiding business leaders through strategic planning while also working hands-on problem-solving as a system administrator. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and implementing solutions that enhance the company’s operations. You will work closely with business partners, understand their processes thoroughly, and provide a consultative approach to resolving issues and recommending process improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of Business Analysis, Data Validation, and Testing related to system implementations
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders at various organizational levels to understand and document requirements
  • Proficiency in translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Experience implementingand administering SaaS applications
  • Ability to managemultiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Eager to learn new systems quickly and create improved efficiencies
  • Service and process improvement mindset with experience building relationships with business partnersat all organizational levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Familiarity with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, JSM, etc.) or other Support related applications (ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc)
  • Building cost-benefit and ROI analysis
  • Agile SCRUM

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Implement and administer business systems
  • Serve as the Jira administrator, overseeing the company’s Jira and project management systems
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to identify system needs and translate them into actionable improvement plans
  • Contribute to the development of advanced business intelligence and analytics reporting
  • Provide frontline support, training, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operations and system upkeep
  • Effectively prioritize tasks to meet project timelines
  • Contribute to defining departmental goals, objectives, and system enhancements
