Business Systems Analyst

This position provides information technology solutions to support business processes. The incumbent will also be responsible for a variety of analysis functions including business and technical requirements solicitation, technical design, meeting facilitation, and software testing.
This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with a required 3 days in the East Lansing, MI office.

WHAT EXPERIENCE CAN YOU BRING?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in an analyst role or IT environment is required.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills to successfully communicate both verbally and written.
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new process and procedures to meet business initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively on teams by building strong relationships, listening to others, valuing opinions, and helping team to meet goals.
• Demonstrated ability to apply technical understanding to a broad range of applications and complex data models.
• Understanding of process modeling and various other design tools and methodologies is strongly desired.
• Proven ability to work with users in complex problem solving and troubleshooting scenarios.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Salesforce, NCino, Content Management System is preferred.
• Experience with Azure DevOps is desired.
• Knowledge of creating SQL queries is desired.
