Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will oversee the development and maintenance of business systems such as ERP and CPQ, and managing business process improvement projects. The position requires detailed analysis of manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, the Business Systems Analyst will lead projects to enhance business systems functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting product development by updating relevant systems. The role also includes diagnosing and resolving ERP issues, coordinating with external suppliers, and supporting model year changeover tasks.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Oversee/conduct the development and maintenance of all business systems including ERP (Infor Cloudsuite Industrial) and CPQ (Infor Configure Price Quote) architecture and maintenance.
- Analyze, scope and manage business process improvement projects.
- Manage various continuous improvement projects across multiple business functions (focused on manufacturing).
- Scope and manage various business software systems. Provide training and support for multiple business units.
- Conduct detailed analysis of current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead and/or participate in projects to improve business systems functionality and related processes.
- Lead and/or participate in implementation of automated solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and correct system issues within the ERP.
- Analyze, develop, and implement appropriate manufacturing processes to improve operational efficiency, and reduce production waste.
- Support Product Development with updating various systems including ERP and CPQ.
- Coordinate with external suppliers to develop and evaluate new systems and processes.
- Support model year changeover tasks, working directly with the Product Development Manager to sort, collect and analyze and revise data using the ERP, Excel, and CPQ architecture.
