Business Systems Analyst

QIC has a truly exciting and innovative new opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst on a maximum term contract until 1st July 2025.
We want this person to be passionate about driving technological innovation and facilitating seamless collaboration between business and technology teams.
In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of new technology platforms into our business. Acting as a translator between the business and technology teams, you will leverage your expertise in business process and systems analysis to define and validate technical solutions that support our needs, goals, and objectives across various projects, Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities, and small initiatives.

• You will be serving as the liaison between the business and technology teams, understanding the current state of the organisation and facilitating the definition and validation of the technical solutions.
• You will be conducting a hands-on business process and systems analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
• You will be engaging in all phases of the software delivery lifecycle, including planning, design, build, test, and deployment, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of technology platforms.
• You will be utilising structured improvement approaches to identify and address existing process challenges, capturing business unit inputs and ensuring consideration of associated risks and change impacts.
