QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong analytic thinking and applies varied techniques to support efficient requirements gathering.
- Strong understanding of software development practices and project life cycles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of one or more complex functional and integrated domains.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 5+ years in a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst role; 6+ years in IT.
- Background/Experience in a retail or supply chain environment.
- Any familiarity with Raw Materials develops and testing practices would be highly valuable asset.
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
- Working Experience with cloud-native technologies.
- Working Experience with SAFe/Agile project methodologies and DevOps team.
- Desired: Working experience with cloud platforms, namely AWS and Azure.
- Desired: Familiarity with DevOps practices like Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.

Responsibilities:
What will you do?
- Plan, organize and facilitate business analysis activities such as requirements elicitation, process definition, systems mapping, and functional test planning.
- Identify, quantify the impact, and mitigate risks related to project work.
- Uses structured tools for analysis and presentation of concepts and models to support the business needs (requirements).
- Understand business needs (functional requirements) and translate them into technical requirements (configuration).
- Exercises influence of stakeholders with thoughtful and tactful communication to drive decisions.
- Actively participates in testing phases throughout the project and support phases.
- Proficient with systems-thinking and able to articulate them to various groups across the organization.
- Aligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with business stakeholders and Dev team.
- Effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders on business expectations and constraints.
- Develop black box, positive and negative scenarios to comprehensively test a feature based upon requirements, functional and technical specification documents.
- Plan and lead the creation of RFI/RFP documentation alongside business stakeholders.
- Work with external consultants, internal and external developers throughout the development and configuration cycles to ensure systems and modification meet business needs.
- Co-ordinate and support software releases and post deployment validations with both the business and internal/external technical teams.
- Support production issues as relate to application functionality, integrations, RCA and defects.
- Any other duties as needed to help drive our strategic initiatives, fulfill our mission, and support our organization values.
